The following nutrients can be added to Adrenal Foundation to customize your program as needed:
DHEA - This hormone is a precursor to your sex hormones such as estrogen, testosterone, and progesterone. If your adrenal gland is compromised, then your body may be deficient in DHEA.
Relax & Calm - When dealing with adrenal stress it is common to suffer from sleep disturbances from lowered sleep quality to severe sleep deprivation. Adequate sleep is essential for adrenal gland repair.
Melatonin - Another component of adequate sleep is adequate levels of the important sleep hormone, melatonin. Lab testing can confirm if your levels are deficient.
Adrenal Restore - If the adrenal function is considerably damaged, Adrenal Restore will help reinstate optimal performance of the adrenal gland.

Suggested Use:
Active-C Tabs - As a dietary supplement, take one (1) tablet three times per day with food or as directed by your health care professional.
Sugar Balance - As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule twice per day with meals or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Pregnenolone - Take three (3) capsules once per day in the morning per day or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Caution:
Do not perform this program if you are pregnant or nursing. As with any dietary supplement program, consult your healthcare practitioner before using performing this program, especially if you anticipate surgery, take any medication (especially those that influence blood sugar levels) or are otherwise under medical supervision. Intake of large amounts of vitamin C can deplete the body of copper —an essential nutrient. Be sure to maintain adequate copper intake when consuming higher intakes of vitamin C for an extended period of time. Large doses of vitamin C may also cause diarrhea. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron. This is important to keep in mind if you have an iron overload disease such as hemochromatosis, or hemosiderosis.
