At Aceva, we value the safety and well being of our employees and customers as we strive to provide high-quality supplements within a safe and controlled environment.
With growing attention on the coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to assure our customers that we are taking the most prudent steps in protecting our employees, community and product quality.
All facets of our organization are following the strategies and measures recommended by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
Our GMP certified manufacturing facilities have always used best practices in hygiene and product safety and will continue to enhance and abide by the highest level of safety standards throughout this current pandemic.
Our fulfillment center is taking extra precautions to prepare packages for shipment including the following:
- Minimized staffing
- Mandatory hand washing
- Increased sanitization of all work surfaces
- Mandatory use of protective gloves when handling product
Our shipping companies, USPS and FedEx, have also made statements assuring the public that they are closely following all of the CDC and WHO recommendations on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
In addition, the CDC (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/faq.html), the World Health Organization (https://www.who.int/news-room/q-a-detail/q-a-coronaviruses), and the Surgeon General have indicated that there is currently no evidence that COVID-19 is being spread through the mail.
Aceva plans to continue to provide safe essential supplements to our customers throughout this pandemic.
